Example: Suppose a retailer sells electrical switches and has recorded each product's barcode in DVyapar.

39

A customer brings a particular switch to the billing counter. Instead of searching for the product by name, the cashier opens the supported barcode scanner on a mobile device and scans the switch's barcode. If DVyapar recognises the barcode, the corresponding product can be identified for the next step in the supported workflow.
